With over 7 years experience in hotel, corporate and vacation property sales and marketing, I bring a wealth of experience in keeping your place well maintined and fully rented with quality tenants/guests.

I am looking for furnished properties suitable for: Corporate Accommodations,Relocation & Real Estate Transitions,Executive Rentals for short term or extended work contracts Short Term Temporary housing/holiday rentals.

I would be happy to represent your property if it meets the following criterion:

  • the property is new, near new or newly renovated
  • it is located in the downtown area, Fairfield, James Bay, Oak Bay or Rockland areas
  • the property in a steel/concrete type building (absolutely no basement suites) or free standing home or town home
  • your rental is tastefully furnished and fully equipped
  • the rental rate includes: parking; utilities especially wi-fi; TV cable package; local phone, heat hydro
  • the property is available year 'round or not less than nine months of the year
  • your property is not listed or managed by anyone else

CHARGES & FEES

  • Listing Fee $250 (one time charge)
  • Professional Photography $199 (one time charge) (includes edit) Editing (only) $50
  • Pre-View Cleaning and Pre-Move Cleaning: $45s/hour
  • Handy-man Services $50/hour
  • Home Inventory Documentatiion * optional service
  • Commission: 15-18% based on the total value of the lease
  • No Commissions while the property is unrented
Hourly charges for concierge services, errands and shopping and other time related duties not here described
can be charged as and when needed.

Hello, I'm the owner of downtown furnished rentals where I broker furnished accommodations to business and leisure travellers to Victoria. My mission is to find a "match" between those looking for quality furnished accommodations primarily in the downtown core and those who have properties to offer. I have been doing this for a number of years and I love my job.

My Story

I came to Victoria as a visitor a "donkey's age" ago (that's a long, long time) and like so many others I fell in love with the city.
I mean, how bad can a place be with those charming flower baskets hanging from every downtown lamp post? The jewel of downtown is the inner harbour with it's boats, yachts, hustle and bustle of the summer Causeway. The iconic Empress Hotel serves as the historic back drop to the beauty of Victoria. Everywhere you look there is beauty. Whether mountains, sky, ocean or city, the beauty of the area is hypnotic. I have enjoyed living here and now I get to share my city with others who come here for work, study, play and stay.
Victoria is charming and quaint but also offers some first class attractions, concerts, music and art. My aim is to assist property owners find renters and help renters find quality accommodations. History

Established under INET Services 2006 I began building my portfolio one property at a time and one customer at a time. I started with no captial and worked a regular job while evenings and weekends I built my web presence, worked on my marketing and fielded inquiries. With a background in computers and web development I saved a ton of money doing this myself. Years later hard work and diligence has paid off.
I hope you will find my personally inspected and approved selection of privately owned furnished properties and apartments for rent in Victoria to your taste.
