PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept bank email interac;personal checks;wire transfers.
Monthly rentals only. One month rent as deposit with the damage deposit and departure cleaning fee due 60 days prior arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations prior 60 days if already paid in full will receive 30% refund as long as the unit can be re-rented for the same booking value and duration.
No refund on deposit.
