W elcome to Downtown Furnished Rentals, Victoria, BC. I'm always in the market for quality furnished rentals. With over 7 years experience in hotel and vacation property management I bring a wealth of experience in keeping your place fully rented and well maintained with quality tenants/guests.

I manage furnished properties suitable for:

  • Corporate Accommodations
  • Relocation & Real Estate Transitions
  • Executive Rentals for short term or extended work contracts
  • Short Term Temporary housing/holiday rentals

I charge a 20% commission for confirmed bookings which includes marketing, web and sales costs as well as invoicing your guests, rental agreements, collection of fees and guest services. Homeowners have the option of offering us a nett rate to which a commission may be added. Alternatively, owners wanting full charge of managing their properties can pay a referral fee of 10% for a straight referral and they do all the work.

I would be happy to represent your property if it meets the following criterion:
  • the property is new, near new or newly renovated
  • it is located in the downtown area or James Bay, Songhees, Vic West, Old Town or very close to these areas
  • the property is in a new or near new steel/concrete type building (no suites in a home)
  • your rental is tastefully furnished and fully equipped
  • the rental rate includes: parking; utilities especially wi-fi; basic cable package; local phone
  • the property is available year 'round or not less than nine months of the year
  • your property is not listed with another property manager or rental listing site
At this time I am only accepting submissions for "exclusive" management of properties so I can devout my precious time and resources to the marketing, maintenance and management of properties listed with me.

Listing Fee $300 - and here is what you get

  1. Dedicated web page with photo gallery for your property on TWO well trafficked sites
  2. TWO dedicated rental agents fielding requests from each site
  3. Online marketing and ad placement as well as inclusion in our quarterly Newsletter
  4. Digital photos (unless you have a high resolution set) $75/set
  5. Included in our mobile site and mobile app!
  6. Screening all potential guests/tenants to ensure your home is enjoyed in a responsible way.
  7. Take charge of the entire booking process including contracts, collections, check-ins, disbursements
  8. Meet and greet the guest at the property to take them on an orientation tour, provide them with keys. 24-hour emergency contact
  9. Departure cleaning, interim cleaning and guest services provided.
  10. Additional Services include inventory documentation with tagged photos and descriptions saved on DVD (optional and extra charges)

General offce hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm PST and Saturday 10am to 3pm PST, except for Christmas and New Years Day and closed Sunday.
