Principal signing tenant must be 25 or older. We require a credit card on file for security purposes and a damage deposit is required on all units. Some tenants may require guarantors.

The condo, balcony and any shared spaces in the building are SMOKE FREE! 

One designated parking space is available if required. There is also a small personal storage locker available.

Currently we do not provide on site showings for occupied properties. Some exceptions may prevail.

Tenants in unfurnished suites shall open their own utility accounts.
