Pet policy.
One dog may be considered for some of our properties. Preference for small, non-shedding dog. There is a monthly pet fee. Absolutely no cats for furnished properties.
Booking requirements
Principal signing tenant must be 25 or older. We require a credit card on file for security purposes as well as a damage deposit is required on all units.

One designated parking space is available if required for most units.

Upfront Costs
Proof of funds/income
Depending on your length of stay you may be asked for for one or more documents, such as:
- Letter of Guarantee
- Letter of Employment (on letterhead) stating:
Job title
Length of employment
Salary and expected bonus
Start date (if you haven’t started the job) - If you’re self-employed, you’ll need a document from a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) stating your income from last year
- Copies of pay stubs
- Copies of bank statements
- Copies of tax return

utilities
If you are charged utilities you do not need to open an account. The owner will maintain accounts and submit the monthly bill to you or where applicable you will be only charged a flat rate. *furnished only
