  • deck maintenance (crabgrass and mold removal
  • cleaning patio furniture
  • power wash driveways

REQUIREMENTS

  • Own cleaning tools (broom/mop/squeegee)
  • Experienced with no-streak glass cleaning
  • Car essential in many cases otherwise a bike will do for others
  • valid drivers license
  • liability insurance very important!
  • non-smoker preferred
  • flexible schedule (some weekends but no evenings)

COMPENSATION

  • guaranteed payment @ $50/hr
  • as an independent contractor you are responsible for your own tax responsibilities
  • Method of Payment: e-transfer
  • Payment are made after the job or series of jobs
