What services are included?

Full service members can expect everything to be taken care of for them. From fielding inquires, negotiated rates and leases and home maintainance and cleaning we got it!

Do I need Professional Photos?

Absolutely. If you have professional photos we may be able to use them otherwise we will arrange for that to be done.

Any other fees or charges?

Iris Properties charges an onboarding fee of $900 and includes marketing and photography of your property.

What is the commissionn structure with Full Service?

For long term bookings 90days plus the revenue split is 80% for the homeowner. For shorter terms and where the property is licensed as an STR the rate is 25%
