Along with basic rental fees the condominium buildings in Victoria also charge a “Move Fee” which is a one time fee that covers the move in and move out phase of renting. 

In addition, renters are charged a refundable damage deposit and a final cleaning fee.

If you use a credit card for rents or fees, a surcharge of 4.5% will be added to your invoice.

Normally, for unfurnished properties the condo buildings like a 5-7 day notice of the move and a day and time selected to reserve the elevator (where applicable). Furnished units will provide at least 3 days notice as long as no building services are required.

For homes and townhomes, minimal advance notice is needed unless indicated.
