JOB BRIEF

  • Help maintain our suites
  • Minor repairs for bath and kitchen, closet doors, anything loose or wonky
  • small job painting and touch ups
  • help with staging furnishings
  • hanging drapes with simple rod & anchors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be experienced with own tools
  • Organized and focused
  • Car essential in many cases otherwise a bike will do for others
  • valid drivers license
  • liability insurance very important!
  • non-smoker preferred
  • flexible schedule (some weekends but no evenings)

COMPENSATION

  • guaranteed payment @ $50/hr
  • as an independent contractor you are responsible for your own tax responsibilities
  • Method of Payment: e-transfer
  • Payment are made after the job or series of jobs
