Includes Full marketing for your rental property and submissions of qualified leads so you can select your own tenants. Ongoing landlord support with tenant issues and maintenance.

Start up Fees are one time charges for initial listing and marketing of your rental.

Initial One Time Fees/Charges (plus GST)

  • Listing Fee $150
  • Photo/Video Session $300
  • Web Page Creation $125
  • Annual Marketing Fee $110

Ongoing Fees

Annual Marketing Fee

The Annual Marketing Fee offsets the cost of online Marketing and is due on the listing anniversary each year.

  • Annual Marketing Fee $110

MONTHLY FEES ~ applies to months when the property is unrented.

  • *insurance compliant 
  • not charged while the property is tenanted
  • Monthly Fee $55 [Pertains only to vacant months and includes bi-monthly property inspection]

COMMISSIONS

Furnished and unfurnished fees and commissions

FULL SERVICE COMMISSION RATES

  • Furnished Properties: 18% (discount for 2 properties)
  • Unfurnished properties 10%
  • *based on the entire rental term

REFERRAL FEE COMMISSION RATES

  • Furnished Properties: 8% (discount for 2 properties)
  • Unfurnished properties 5%
  • *based on the entire rental term
