The property is a haven for a large or extended family with multi-levels, dedicated family room and plenty of enclosed outdoor space. Enjoy the bright open layout as well as privacy with four spacious bedrooms (two up, two down), an office, and two living rooms (one up, one down) each equipped with flat screen TV. On the main floor, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. A BBQ deck off the kitchen has outdoor seating with ocean views.
Bazan Bay is a picturesque body of water located in North Saanich, renowned for its significant ecological value. Known for its natural beauty, serene atmosphere, and diverse wildlife it serves as a protected inlet surrounded by lush forests, rolling hills, and stunning coastal landscapes.
