Principal signing tenant must be 25 or older. We require a credit card on file for security purposes and a damage deposit is required on all units.

The condo and balcony are SMOKE FREE! Also all the shared common areas are also SMOKE FREE.

One designated parking space is available if required. No storage.

Currently we do not provide on site showings for occupied properties and/or short term bookings *under 6 mos.
We have provided extensive media materials to provide an excellent virtual tour and guarantee our units.
Typical first invoices with upfront costs include: monthly rent
refundable damage deposit
deposit on furniture (for brand new furnishings only)
one time building fee
departure cleaning fee

Depending on your length of stay you may be asked for for one or more documents, such as:

  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Letter of Employment (on letterhead) stating:
    Job title
    Length of employment
    Salary and expected bonus
    Start date (if you haven’t started the job)
  • If you’re self-employed, you’ll need a document from a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) stating your income from last year
  • Copies of pay stubs
  • Copies of bank statements
  • Copies of tax return
    Copies of last T5

If you are charged utilities you do not need to open an account. The owner will maintain accounts and submit the monthly bill to you or where applicable you will be only charged a flat rate.
