The Hudson District

Named so because of the flagship anchor retail giant that used to occupy the building @ 770 Fisgard. This was one of the first condo conversions in the area. Followed by new builds such as Hudson Mews and Hudson Place One and Two.

Hudson Place One is the tallest condo building in Victoria at 25 storeys, with a clear view of the famous harbour.

The strategy for the Hudson District was to create a community for a diverse demographic by offering rental and ownership properties at a range of prices.

Rental buildings The Mews, Hudson Walk One and Hudson Walk Two followed the launch of The Hudson Building. Condo tower Hudson Place One has finished, and Hudson Place Two is a 250-unit rental tower that completed in 2022.

Once built out, there will be 970 homes at Hudson District.
