  • the unit is SMOKE FREE and the building prohibits smoking on balconies and shared spaces (which is enforced)
  • Sorry No Pets
  • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Occupancy is limited as per your rental agreement
  • No parties or events and residents are limited to no more than 2 additional persons utilizing the amenity space.
Clean & cozy home. Back patio was our go-to spot all summer for fun in the sun, morning coffee, evening wine. Highly recommended!
