Who is the program For?

Direct booking or advertising only is suitable for hands-on owners. Owners must live locally and be able to show their properties on demand. This will not work if you simply have a “contact person” or “family member or friend” who agrees to be involved with your property. Chances of them being available for showings when required or attending to property issues will be less than reliable especially if they have jobs or a life.

If you are an absentee owner you should opt for full service property management so your investment can be properly cared for and your tenants well vetted and managed.
